Discovering the Enneagram, NLP & Ericksonian Hypnotherapy is thanks to my personal search to end suffering — not just to feel better, but to be truly fulfilled in a way that is deep and lasting. I tried mainstream modalities, but I often found they stayed in the realm of the mind. Many are useful, but not always able to address the root.
For me, this work isn’t just about surface-level improvement. It’s about deep and lasting inner change — not as something to strive for, instead it's revealed through presence and awareness. I offer sessions on a sliding scale so that this work can remain accessible and heart-led, always rooted in trust and mutual respect.

what to expect in a therapy session
Combining Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, NLP, Enneagram insights, and Nondual Spiritual Inquiry

Sessions begin with a check-in to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling calm, emotional, resistant, or unsure — it’s all welcome. I hold a non-judgmental, confidential space with awareness of trauma and nervous system sensitivity.

Hypnotherapy isn’t about losing control or being “put under.” It’s a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness — like a guided meditation — where the busy, protective mind can soften and we can access deeper parts of your inner world. In this state, you're awake, aware, and able to engage with what’s most alive for you.

Every session is different. We might explore an emotional pattern, connect with younger parts of you, or clarify what's true beneath mental noise. I use trance work, somatic awareness, NLP, and self-inquiry — always guided by your pace and what arises. You don’t need to “perform” or achieve anything in our sessions.

People often leave feeling lighter, more connected, and clearer. Over time, this work can help shift long-held emotional patterns, ease self-critical thinking, deepen self-compassion, and support authentic change — not through pressure, but through understanding. It’s a space for self-discovery, not self-fixing.
